We’re seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Annuity Sales Manager to own and optimize our annuity leads program and drive outstanding sales results with our partner advisors. This role demands a deep understanding of annuities, proven success working digital leads, and a track record of developing and executing effective sales processes.

You’ll be responsible for managing partner performance, creating and refining a robust sales framework, coaching advisors to improve conversion rates, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success from lead generation through policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize a comprehensive sales process, from lead qualification to policy sale to maximize conversion rates and deal value—including scripting, nurturing, and compelling point-of-sale materials and sales collateral.
  • Train, coach, and hold partner advisors accountable to performance metrics, providing them with the skills, support, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel metrics and conversion rates, developing targeted strategies to address underperformance and achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification to ensure partner advisors receive high-potential opportunities and to streamline the customer journey.
  • Maintain comprehensive reporting on leads and funnel progression, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on compliance requirements, licensing, and regulatory standards, ensuring all personal and agency licensing, product training, and CE are maintained, and sales processes and materials meet industry guidelines.
  • Personally manage select high-value leads under the Annuity.org project, selling annuity policies to gain real-time insights that refine the overall sales program.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and management teams to create educational resources (articles, webinars, social media) that engage and inform prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in selling annuity products (fixed & indexed) and working digital leads.
  • Active resident life insurance license; capacity to obtain and maintain licensing in all 50 states.
  • Proven track record in building and managing sales processes and coaching high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience tracking sales metrics, analyzing funnel data, and executing data-driven improvements.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate, train, and hold advisors accountable; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align objectives and refine strategies.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to annuities and insurance sales, with unwavering commitment to ethical practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
